Armes
A story born 67 years ago in the province of Vicenza and soon projected onto the international stage: we are talking about Armes S.p.a., a historic company, leader in the production of storage systems and steel works. A path undertaken in 1956 characterised by excellence and avant-garde, which has allowed us to export the absolute quality and innovative vision of Made in Italy all over the world.
For them we wanted to surpass ourselves, designing an ad hoc project, as scenic as it is challenging. After all, as we always like to remember, for us at Extreme Printing, the watchword is ‘dare’.
Armes’ objective was to make the external façade of its headquarters, located in Montecchio Maggiore (VI), aesthetically appealing, on the occasion of the inauguration event Open Factory 2023, held last May, for which a turnout of over 300 people was expected. This specific requirement gave rise to our audacious proposal, i.e. the installation of an imposing access gate to the building, completely branded, whose graphics, depicting the interior of a warehouse with adjoining shelving, was specially designed by our creative team.
The critical aspect of this installation was that a structure as tall as it was shallow would adhere to the front surface of the building, with a probable risk of unbalancing.
For this reason, we availed ourselves of the partnership of Sec S.r.l., a company with many years of experience in the field of design and installation of scaffolding and set-ups for construction sites and events. Thanks to the know-how and professionalism of Sec’s team of fitters, the gantry we designed was assembled in a workmanlike manner and anchored to the load-bearing wall in accordance with the law.
The scaffolding was then covered with PVC tarpaulin, which is particularly suitable for outdoor use as it is highly weather-resistant.
Consulting, design, graphic-creative support and printing: these were the levers that allowed us to realise the idea of Armes and complete a very ambitious challenge, giving the Vicenza headquarters a whole new look.
